The 31st FISU Summer World University Games will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from July 28 to August 8, marking the first time a comprehensive international sports event has been hosted in China's western region. As part of the Games’ cultural program, the China Chengdu: Park City Theme Art Exhibition opened in the athletes’ village, showcasing the city’s unique character as a “A Park City Beneath Snow-Capped Mountains, A City of Happiness Rooted in Everyday Life”

Among the cultural highlights, the Tibetan-Qiang embroidery artwork Fifty-Six Blossoms—a nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage piece—drew admiration from athletes around the world.

Fifty-Six Blossoms was created by Master Yang Huazhen, a national-level inheritor of Tibetan and Qiang embroidery traditions. The work uses traditional techniques and has also been licensed for collaboration with several international brands. This signifies that the 56 ethnic groups share "common roots and origins" and are closely united, much like the people of China are united in striving to achieve the Chinese dream.

The floral motif, arranged in a circular cluster, reflects a classical elegance rooted in Eastern aesthetics. It carries a profound message: in this great country and remarkable era, people of all ethnicities in China share equal opportunities to pursue their dreams, to realize their potential, and to grow together with the nation and the times.
